What services does Tugi actually offer?
Seven areas: video production, live performance filming, video editing and post-production, colour grading, DIT and on-set data management, web design, and e-commerce. They feed each other — a brand film and the website it lives on can come from the same place.
Are you an agency or a freelancer?
I work independently and build a crew per project. In practice that means one point of contact, undivided creative and technical responsibility, and a professional set crew brought in when the scale of the shoot requires it.
Where do you work?
Based in Istanbul. Shoots run across Turkey and internationally on request. Editing, colour grading and web work are handled remotely, so there is no location constraint on those services.
How is a project priced?
There are no fixed packages, because no two projects match. Pricing is driven by shoot days, crew and equipment size, depth of post-production, and the number of delivery formats. You get an itemised quote once the brief arrives.
Can I book a single stage only?
Yes. Shooting, editing, colour grading and web work can be booked separately. If your own crew shot the material, you can commission post only; on a locked edit, colour only.
How long does a project take?
Roughly 2–4 weeks from brief to delivery on a single-day shoot. Edit-only work runs from a few days to three weeks. A single-page website takes 1–2 weeks, a multi-page corporate site 3–6 weeks. What stretches timelines is usually feedback turnaround, not production.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds after the first cut or first design presentation are included as standard. Requests that restructure the work count as a new round and are quoted separately.
Do I keep the raw files and source projects?
On request, raw footage, edit projects and design source files are handed over. This is written into the contract up front, so there is no archive hunt afterwards.
Where can I see references?
Set and DIT credits are listed on my IMDb profile. Video work is viewable on Vimeo and YouTube, and the e-commerce projects are live at sorellaabiye.com and perzoni.com.tr. I have worked on brand and artist projects including Dove and Ozbi.
